As mentioned in Section 13 of the Industrial Enterprises Act, 2076, every industry, after commencing commercial production or transaction, is required to submit the prescribed details to the concerned industry registration authority within 6 (six) months after the end of each fiscal year, and it is known that, pursuant to Section 43(5) of the said Act, there is a provision whereby a fine may be imposed if the details are not made available within the prescribed period.

Therefore, all concerned are hereby informed to update the annual details of the industry through the online medium, by logging in to the imis.doind.gov.np portal of this Department's Industry Management Information System, and through the menu for submitting the Annual Industry Progress Report under the Planning, Monitoring and Industrial Statistics Section.
